CONTRACTING WORK:
We can help you with contracting work. Our service includes a variety of different solutions ranging from temporary solutions to contracting solutions. Typically, contracting work is suitable to satisfy a need that is available for a set period of time—for example, your company may seek contract workers to get extra help on a big project for a few months, or may need someone to fill in for an employee on maternity leave or vacation. This king of service solution can last anywhere from a few weeks to months and even years, we are happy to discuss with you any requirement you may have.
As a contractor and not an employee of your company, you can pay hourly (we are not expecting a salary, even for longer-term engagements) and we do not expect benefits. We are flexible to accommodate flexible contracting arrangements depending on your needs: we may be expected to work 9 to 5, five days a week, like any other employee of your company—and aside from the differences in our contract, we may be treated like an employee of your company and be expected to represent the company as one of your employees. In other cases, we may work from your premises just a few days a week or even work remotely. These terms will be set out for you at the time we sign our contract.
